A large fern which can develop massive trunks with multiple crowns. Each crown bears a number of erect, leathery bright green fronds. A large specimen is an impressive sight. Very adaptable, and easily grown in a variety of situations and soils.

Cyathea leichhardtiana

A frost sensitive, slow growing tree fern. Very sensitive to wind, direct sunlight and drying out. Soil needs to be moist with with rich organics.
